Every single exercise in our programmes is designed to be done with another person. Not just a spotter but a training partner who pushes you, competes against you, and makes it impossible to phone it in. That means you and someone you already know — friend, teammate, flatmate. Not an app that pairs you with a stranger. Bro or sistah, same workouts. We're just here to make them good.

Research shows people stick to training better when they're not doing it alone. A training partner means more sessions, more effort, and way more fun.

You've been to the gym a handful of times or you're just starting out with a mate. First Rep teaches you movement fundamentals through pair work. No experience required, just a willingness to get uncomfortable together.
